  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Items noted as custom or made-to-order will have a separate production timeline listed on the product page. Shipping time begins after the production time is complete.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on a Friday or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
