↩️ Outlaw Pony Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Outlaw Pony. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: We accept returns for Store Credit within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

  • Item Condition: The returned item must be in new, unworn, and resaleable condition. It must be returned with all original packaging, tags (if applicable), and documentation.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Custom Orders: Any item that was custom-made, personalized, or engraved specifically for you.

  • Altered Items: Jewelry that has been resized, modified, or repaired by a jeweler other than Outlaw Pony.

  • Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased during a final clearance sale or marked explicitly as "Final Sale."

  • Gift Cards.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at juli.allison@yahoo.com within the 30-day window, including your Order Number and the Reason for Return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if eligible, send you detailed return shipping instructions.

  3. Shipping the Item:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the jewelry.

4. Store Credit & Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets the unworn and original condition requirements. This inspection process can take 5-7 business days.

  • Store Credit Issuance: If approved, your refund will be issued as an electronic store credit (in the form of a gift card or code) equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s).

  • Store Credit Delivery: The store credit will be emailed to the original purchaser's email address (juli.allison@yahoo.com) within 2-3 business days after the return inspection is complete.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.
